These terms govern your use of apex-performance-store.com and any purchase from Apex Performance ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product you accept these terms.

You may need an account to access downloads. Keep your details accurate and your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used to breach these terms.

All products are digital PDF downloads. They do not include coaching, live sessions, calls, check-ins, video, app access, memberships, community access or personalised advice. Programs are self-guided and general in nature.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Your PDF becomes available for instant download immediately after successful payment, with a copy of the link sent by email.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the PDF for your own training. You must not share, resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, or use our PDFs commercially (including coaching clients from them) without our written permission.

All content on apex-performance-store.com and within our PDFs — text, programming, layout, imagery, logos and the Apex Performance name — remains our property or that of our licensors.

Our programs are general fitness information, not medical advice. Consult a doctor or qualified health professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, unwell, or have a medical condition. You train at your own risk. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort and seek medical help. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind. We will always consider genuine problems — send refund requests with your order number to info@apex-performance-store.com.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
