Apex Performance (apex-performance-store.com) is an Australian online store selling digital workout programs as PDF downloads.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Privacy enquiries: info@apex-performance-store.com.

Account details (name, email, password); billing details (name, billing address, country/state for GST and tax); payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers); order and download history; usage and technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, cookie identifiers); support correspondence; and any fitness information you choose to share with us, such as your goal, experience level, available equipment and training days entered in our program finder quiz or in emails to us.

Providing fitness information is optional. You can browse and buy without completing the quiz. We do not seek health information beyond what you volunteer, and we do not use it to make decisions about you other than to suggest products.

Directly from you (checkout, account creation, quiz, contact form, email), and automatically through cookies, analytics and server logs when you use apex-performance-store.com. Where practical, you may deal with us anonymously or by pseudonym, though we need an email address to deliver your PDFs.

To process orders and deliver PDF downloads; to provide customer support and handle refund requests; to maintain accounts and order history; to prevent fraud and misuse; to improve the store and our products; to meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations; and, where you have opted in, to send marketing emails.

We disclose personal information to providers who help us run the store: payment processing, website and file hosting, content delivery, analytics, email delivery and customer support tooling. They may only use the information to provide services to us.

Some providers store or process data outside Australia. The countries likely to be involved are the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the APPs.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and optional analytics and marketing cookies to understand usage and measure campaigns. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@apex-performance-store.com to opt out. We will still send transactional messages such as order confirmations and download links.

To make a privacy complaint, email info@apex-performance-store.com with the details. We will acknowledge it and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
